School Teacher Discovers Gold in his Garden.

A man in Kericho county is in disbelief after he realised he could mint thousands of money from his little garden.

Wilson Terer,a teacher at a primary school in Kericho started planting carrots as a hobby in 2014.He says he never imagined that one day his little garden would become his main source of income.

Mr.Terer produces upto 10 bags of carrots per harvest,which earns him upto  Ksh 50000, in just a span of three months!This is much more than his regular job pays him.He is even considering making carrot farming his full time job.

A father of three,Mr.Terer pays his children's school fees and also feeds his family from the proceeds of his treasure garden

Young people everywhere should start turning to farming for employment,he says,because it is much more rewarding and fulfilling than any other occupation.
